Editorial standards

Published sources only
Every factual claim traces to a linked, published source: wire services, national business press, legal reporting, regulatory documents, exchange filings and court records.
Allegations stay allegations
Contested claims are written with attribution ("alleged", "reported", "according to"). Denials and outcomes appear alongside them.
Dates and figures
Figures carry the date they were reported. Where sources differ, the text says "Where sources differ" and shows both.
Commentary is labelled
Opinion and analysis are identified as such and are not presented as established fact.
