Every chapter of this dossier began as a document someone was curious enough to read and serious enough to share. If you have worked inside the machine - a branch, a call centre, a vendor, an audit team - and you have seen something the public record has missed, this is the channel.

The rules are simple. Submissions land in a private queue, not on the website. Nothing - not one word - is published without verification and manual approval. Unverifiable claims, rumours and personal grievances without documentation will be read and discarded. Documented, checkable information is what moves a story.

Protect yourself. Do not submit from a work device or a work network. Do not send anything you are legally barred from sharing. You do not need to give a name - a handle is enough - but a way to reach you (an email, a number) makes verification far stronger. Contact details are stored with the submission and are never published.
